The Windsor Square Condo Association is comprised of 20 individual business condominiums. Each unit owner is automatically a part of the association upon purchasing a unit in our complex.

For the owner's convenience, the bylaws are available for reading on this website. If you have any questions and wish to contact the board, please send a request on the contact page.

WSCA Bylaws

Every year the board plans what capital expenditures and regular maintenance items will be necessary to complete and we set a budget and schedule out the necessary work to be done in order to carry out those plans.

Original BylawsThe original bylaws were constructed upon the completion of the complex back in 1970.

Proposed Amendments - not yet voted onThere were 4 proposed amendments sent to the unit owners prior to the 2017 Annual Owner's Meeting, however not enough owners replied in order to create a quorum to vote either way for the proposed amendments.
